Only
eminent and trained duel Kathak dancer, choreographer and presentation
specialist, Kamalini along with Nalini has during the last three
decades performed in all major dance festivals in India and abroad
sponsored by Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Ministry
of Tourism and prominent academies. Has directed several dance
ballets including, ‘Kala Aur Vasna’, ‘Akhand
Sobhagvati’, ‘Madhav Kunj Bihari’, ‘Ganga
Avtar’, ‘Yashodhra’. Has given about 800 lecture
demonstrations in academic institutions across the country on
the theme ‘Relations of Dance with Yoga’ and has
participated in about 60 productions for India, foreign TV channels
and FM radio channels. Has made a video film for Inner London
Education Authority on cultural awareness for Youth. Their dance
CD for the youth ‘Mudra Vigyan and Teaching through Kathak’ is
under preparation.
Teaching Indian and foreign students who come on Scholarship/advance
training, they are trend-setters for youth.
