all major centres in the country including Mumbai, Pune, Chennai,
Mysore, Udaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Kanpur.

She
has given performances for the prestigious festivals ‘Natyamjali’ at
Chidambaram and Mahashivratri festival at Brihadeshwar Temple and
Ganesh Festival at Pune. She has choreographed several ballets
and dance dramas including ‘Krishan Kirtanam’ on the
bhajans composed by Pandit Jasaraj; ‘From Darkness to Dawn’ a
ballet based on Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru’s autobiography, ‘Rituswapna’ and ‘Ravindra
Nritya’. Medha has also choreographed for many Marathi plays
besides having acted on one ‘Ashwadan’ earning her ‘Best
Actress’ award (Silver Medal). Has been a visiting Dance
Lecturer in Centre for Performing Arts, Pune University. Since
last 8 years has been running a dance institution ‘Kalasiddha’.
She has performed abroad in Toronto (Canada) on a special invitation. |
