Kathak (Banaras Gharana) Performer, Choreographer, Teacher, Musiciologist | |

Only
eminent and trained Kathak dancer, choreographer, presentation
specialist, Nalini has during the last three decades performed
in all major dance festivals in India and abroad sponsored by
Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Ministry of Tourism and
prominent academies. Have directed several dance ballets including, ‘Kala
Aur Vasna’, ‘Akhand Sobhagvati’, ‘Madhav
Kunj Bihari’, Ganga Avtar’, Yashodhra’. Has
given about 800 lecture demonstrations in academic institutions
across the country on the theme ‘Relations of Dance with
Yoga’ and has participated in about 60 productions for
India, foreign TV channels and FM radio channels. Has made a
video film for Inner London Education Authrority on cultural
awareness for Youth. Their dance CD for the youth ‘Mudhra
Vigyan and Teaching through Kathak’ is under preparation.
Teaching Indian and foreign students who come on Scholarship/advance training they are trend-setters for youth. |
