• A performing dancer, choreographer, and teacher Jayashree has presented and choreographed dance-dramas in Hindi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi which include: Kalidasa’s ‘Abhigyan Shakuntalam’, ‘Perior Bharatam’ – a compilation of Subramanya Bharati’s ‘Chandalika’. ‘Dasavarthara’ ‘Ritu Ranjan’, ‘Sita Swayamvaram’, ‘Mahavir Janmabhishek’, ‘Jalem’, ‘Kamayani’, ‘Bakht Sakha Vithalal’ and ‘Birth of Dhanvantri’.
• She has a short Chitra Purvaranga, Dohas and Chaupayees from Tulsi Ramayan put into a Varnam in combination of Carnatic and Hindustani ragas, and Rasa-Sabdam of Uthukkadu Venkatasubbaiyas for a Tillana is her credit.
• Jayashree has participated in India Festivals at Singapore, Mauritius, Greece, France and as an Indian Council for Cultural Relations delegate abroad.
• She has given lecture demonstrations and conducted Workshops in various centres in the country including Anantacharya Indological Research Institute, Mumbai, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, Education Deptt. Of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Coorg, Spicmacay, Hyderabad, Pune University and Faculty of Performing Arts, Pune.
